Abstract
The contact method of freezing, used in tile quick freezers, allows to reduce energy consumption and reduce its overall dimensions. Rapid low-temperature freezing preserves the original qualities of the frozen product (color, cell structure, weight). Foods frozen in plate freezers are regular blocks and are easy to pack. Plates of the apparatus are made of aluminum alloy suitable for contact with food products, all other elements of the plate apparatus are made of corrosion-resistant materials.
