Experience in the use of semi-welded plate condensers at the Noginsk cold storage plant

Abstract

In 1998, the Noginsk Cold Storage Plant purchased and installed four Alfa Laval semi-welded plate condensers with a heat load of 500 kW each. The devices pleasantly surprised the staff of the plant with their compactness in comparison with the evaporative condensers (EC), which were previously used at the cold store.
