Abstract
The conference organized by the Russian Ice Cream Association and Rosmyasomoltorg took place on February 28 this year within the framework of the exhibition "Ice Cream and Cold Industry-2002". In their reports the participants touched upon urgent problems, the successful and rapid solution of which will largely determine further development of the cold industry as well as production and sales of ice cream.
