Abstract
In many industries, especially such as food, chemical, pharmaceutical, cooling of various liquids is an integral part of the production process. From the "quality" of this process, the stability of temperature regimes, the final result of the technological chain largely depends - the quality of the products, its cost and the profit of the enterprise.
