Abstract
In Russia, the majority of refrigeration systems in the food industry use ammonia-based refrigeration systems, which for a number of reasons cannot be replaced.
Since the average service life of such systems is practically exhausted, most of them require replacement of failed elements, such as condensers, evaporators, shutoff valves, automation.
Moreover, availability of emergency-hazardous systems with large volume of ammonia creates the threat of emergency situations. At present at the market there are refrigeration equipment of many leading foreign and domestic manufacturers on the basis of which there is an opportunity to realize optimal solutions during reconstruction of systems. At the same time Alfa Laval offers the widest range of unique heat-exchange equipment for ammonia refrigeration in Russia, which provides a high level of technology.
The company's partners have achieved significant success in implementing comprehensive re-equipment projects for large ammonia systems almost all over Russia.
