Ilyina has been working at the institute since its foundation, having gone from a young specialist to the head of a department, which she led for more than 35 years. This charming woman, thanks to her high professional and human qualities, has great authority among numerous customers, system manufacturers, installers and operators. More than 40 different thermostating systems, stationary and mobile, air and liquid, developed under her leadership for space rockets and launch complexes have practically no failures and operate for 20 years or more. And today, N.I. Ilyina is full of innovative ideas, energetic and inspires all the employees of the department with her enthusiasm.
