Abstract
The production of quick-frozen finished products and semi-finished products is very profitable due to the possibility of their long-term storage without loss of taste and other consumer properties, as well as the rapidly growing demand for these products. The firm "Eirkul" serially produces low-temperature units for central refrigeration units, quick freezers for various purposes, hardening chambers for ice cream, freezing tunnels, low-temperature warehouses.
