Abstract

CJSC “Kubanopprodtorg” is the largest food base for wholesale trade in the south of Russia. The lack of own refrigeration capacities hindered the development of trade in perishable foodstuffs and made it difficult to provide the population of the region with them. The ego predetermined the construction of the refrigerator.
