Аннотация
В статье представлен краткий обзор научной литературы, изучающей роль и значение диетических вмешательств, рекомендуемых для профилактики неинфекционных заболеваний. Описаны особенности средиземноморской диеты, диеты DASH и некоторых других. Приведены данные об их влиянии на уровень артериального давления, глюкозы крови, индекс массы тела. Отмечены основные препятствия для широкого применения данных диетических вмешательств, которые включают культурные особенности потребителей, более высокую стоимость предлагаемых диет, необходимость тратить больше времени на приготовление пищи, контролировать размер съедаемых порций.
