Abstract

The study included 104 patients hospitalized in the neurological department of the Kursk Regional Clinical Hospital with chronic cerebral ischemia (CCI) against the background of hypertension of the II stage, equally divided by the I and II stages of the disease. In the blood (plasma, neutrophils and erythrocytes), the parameters of the immune and metabolic status were determined with an assessment of the relationship between the studied parameters. In patients with CCI stage I and stage II it is established that there are more reliable interrelations in patients with early stage of the disease compared with those in patients with stage II, and this probably indicates a greater disadaptation of the mechanisms for maintaining immune and metabolic homeostasis in patients with CCI stage II, compared with patients with stage I disease.
