Abstract
A method for electro-optical monitoring of the chromatic deviation of the polymeric coating of a galvanized strip on the basis of the neuro-fuzzy model is proposed. As well, the main parameters that influence the chromatic error were determined and method for the integration of the developed model into an industrial situation on the basis of Omron approaches is proposed. Application of this model allows one to estimate the cumulative chromatic deviation of a polymeric coating with an error of 4.7%.
