Investigation of the amplification of an electromagnetic field at the end wall of a conducting thin-wall body during its interaction with an alternating magnetic field

Resumo

The results of theoretical and experimental studies on an electromagnetic field are presented and qualitative and quantitative estimates of the field amplification at the end of a conducting plate due to its interaction with an alternating (traveling) magnetic field are given for the development of the eddy-current testing of conducting thin-wall bodies.
