Abstract
A new approach to the computer-assisted design (CAD) of machining processes is outlined. Mathematical apparatus for the solution of standard problems is proposed, and the source code for its implementation is developed. The source code for an experimental CAD system is developed. An interactive graphical input is used for dimensional data.
