Abstract

Steps to increase the reliability of steam-jet ejectors are proposed based on the authors’ experience with the development and modernization of more than 80 systems. Statistical data on ejector failures and recovery times are analyzed. It is shown that, in most cases, ejector failure leads to shutdown of the turbine system. The list of the identified defects is provided.
