Abstract
To enhance the synthesis of antigenic envelope proteins L1 of high-grade papillomavirus types HPV16, HPV18, HPV31, and HPV45, the sequence of the gene encoding the cucumber mosaic virus replicase (RdRP CMV) was inserted into the genetic construct. This made it possible to increase the production of these antigenic proteins to 25–27 μg/mg total soluble protein.
