风险评估方法用于研究使用受污染饮用水对居民健康产生不良后果的可能性,其中最常见的是急性肠道感染。微生物风险定量评估是一种通过数学模型计算饮用水中存在的致病微生物引发传染病概率的系统方法。结合流行病学和社会卫生监测数据,微生物风险定量评估用于识别和降低因水传播引发传染病爆发的风险,并减少零星(背景)水传播感染性疾病的发病率。本文详细介绍了微生物风险定量评估的步骤,包括计算方法、风险评估所需数据来源的描述以及基于病原体类型计算概率的公式。同时提供了在线计算器的链接,以便快速完成评估和计算。通过该方法和现有的在线计算工具,研究者可以方便地计算使用低质量饮用水引发传染病的概率和风险。
