用于儿童营养的包装饮用水作为必需矿物元素来源的卫生学评价

详细
论证:自幼年起保证机体摄入生物活性物质,如维生素和矿物质,对于维护和促进健康至关重要。饮用水是矿物质的重要来源,尤其在膳食摄入不足的情况下意义更大。补充矿物质的一种途径是使用包装饮用水。为评估其对儿童机体微量元素供给的贡献,有必要计算各元素通过包装饮用水的摄入量。
目的:依据化学安全性指标,对用于儿童营养的包装饮用水进行卫生学评价,并计算其在机体必需和条件必需元素供给中的贡献。
方法:对包装饮用水进行了横断面卫生学研究。研究对象为七种俄罗斯最受欢迎的包装饮用水品牌,其中五种适用于新生儿至三岁儿童,两种适用于三岁以上儿童。对瓶装饮用水的研究在North-West Public Health Research Center的检测实验室进行,在每个样品中测定pH值及17项化学指标的浓度。对饮用水中宏量与微量元素的日摄入量进行了计算。结果与欧亚经济联盟技术法规《包装饮用水(包括矿泉水)的安全性》(TR EAEU 044/2017)及生理需求标准指南进行比对。
结果:研究结果表明,所有样品中矿物质含量均未超过TR EAEU 044/2017的规范限值。计算结果显示,经研究的矿物质对生理需求的满足水平以较低水平为主。对于氟化物、硒、碘、钙和镁等部分指标,所得数值在评估矿物质摄入时应予以考虑。
结论:研究结果证明,在评估机体必需及条件必需元素的供给水平时,将包装饮用水纳入考量是合理且必要的。
