Aims and Scope
A monthly multidisciplinary scientific and practical journal is an effective applied tool for improving personal, professional and managerial competencies of specialists, researchers, employees of the educational sphere and quality infrastructure, as well as managers and specialists of the all economy sectors.

The journal is intended for employees of the educational sphere, university teachers, postgraduates and students, specialists of all sectors of the economy, researchers, engineering and technical workers, managers of any rank, developers specializing in the field of technical regulation, standardization, metrology, management and quality infrastructure

The journal accepts external and internal peer review.
The executive secretary determines whether the article complies with the journal's profile, design requirements, and sends it for review to a specialist, Dr or PhD (Sc.), who has a scientific specialization close to the topic of the article.
The reviewer gives a comprehensive objective assessment of the article, cites its strengths and weaknesses, examines the article for compliance of the article's content with the stated topic, modern scientific achievements; determines its relevance, accessibility and clarity of presentation in terms of language, style, arrangement of material, clarity of illustrative materials; determines the appropriateness of publication and the need for corrections and additions.
The reviewer a) recommends; b) does not recommend; c) recommends taking into account corrections and revision of the noted deficiencies for publication.
In the case c), the executive secretary suggests that the author take into account all comments, prepare a new, corrected version and re-submit it to the editors (for review).
An article not recommended for publication will not be accepted for re-review. The text of the negative review is sent to the author by e-mail. The final decision on the advisability of publication is made by the editorial board of the journal. When an article is accepted for publication, the responsible secretary informs the author of this and indicates the possible publication dates.

Regularly, starting in 2009, 10 issues per year are published, circulation 2000 until 2023. From 2023, circulation is 5000
The last issue double № 9-10, the volume of which is greater than or equal to 1.5 volumes of one issue, which allows it to be considered as 2 issues
