Author Guidelines
All incoming materials must comply with the editorial policy of the journal. The Editorial Policy link can be read in the «About the Journal» Section. Materials that do not comply with the Editorial Policy are not accepted for consideration.
The editorial board accepts previously unpublished materials with a volume not exceeding one authorial sheet in volume = 40 thousand characters (including spaces and all footnotes), including illustrations (one illustration with a format of 190 × 270 mm is 1/6 of the author’s sheet, or 6.7 thousand characters) in Russian, English, Chinese, made in the genre of a research article, scientific review, scientific report, and review. The incoming materials are checked for originality by the “Anti-Plagiarism” license program. The article content should be 75- 80 % original. The originality of the sections “Research Results”, “Discussion of Results”, “Conclusion” must be100% original.
One author can publish only one article in one issue.

Electronic version of the article. The name of the file should contain the author’s name and the title of the article.

THE STRUCTURE OF THE PAPER SUBMITTED TO THE EDITORIAL BOARD
Branch of science (name of the journal’s section)
Code: UDC, ORCID
The author’s initials and surname (in Russian and English). The number of co-authors should not exceed five persons. If there are co-authors, the name of the main author is indicated first. Each author’s research contribution to the study in Russian and English is described (one sentence long each).
City, country (in Russian and English).
Affiliation (place of work – permanent and, if available, place of scientific project implementation) – in Russian and English.
Mail address /(Postal address if required – in Russian and English).
The title of the article – in Russian and English (lowercase letters, not capital ones). The title should be compact and sufficient to understand the content of the article (no more than 10 words).
Abstract: 200 – 250 words in Russian and English. The abstract should reflect the content of the article and include the following blocks:
Introduction (relevance, novelty, problem statement, purpose and hypothesis of the research);
Materials and research methods;
Specific research results;
Discussion of the research results;
Conclusions and prospects of the study.
The abstract should not contain any references.
Keywords or phrases (5‒7 terms/concepts or problem markers, reflecting the content and concept of the article) are separated from each other by a comma. They are provided in Russian and in English.
Financing. A possible link to the grant, organizations, and people who provided financial support for the preparation of the article. Data is provided in Russian and English.
Gratitude. Possible thanks/gratitude to individuals or organizations involved in the preparation and/or implementation of the study. The data is provided in Russian and English.
The main text of the article should contain the following parts: introduction, literature review, research methodology and methods, results of the study, discussion of the results, conclusion – conclusions/resumes. Block names are highlighted in bold.
The article should have in-text links to the cited sources. References are given in square brackets, indicating the source number in the reference list and the page number, e.g. [1, p. 25]. Multiple sources are separated by a semicolon, e.g. [1; 3; 4].
If possible, it is advisable to use visual material: diagrams, charts, maps, figures, tables, etc. It is necessary to indicate the authorship of all graphic data obtained from other sources (figures, tables, diagrams, etc.), accompanied by an appropriate link and title in Russian and English.
References to the grant, organizations and people, who provided financial support in the preparation of the article, should be indicated in the Acknowledgements section – in Russian and English.
The list of references is indicated as they are cited (mentioned in the text of the article) and should comprise at least 25 sources, including at least 15 sources published in the last four years, and at least 10 foreign sources. If available, the DOI is to be specified in the source.
Textbooks, publicist works, archives, reference materials, dictionaries, and legislative materials are sources that are not included in the list of references but incorporated in the text of the article as footnotes (footnotes at the bottom of the page). The footnote marker is to be an Arabic numeral, and the numbering is paginated.
The reference list should be compiled in accordance with the Russian State Standard (GOST) R 7.0.5-2008. For each source, the publisher and the total number of pages must be specified.

It is necessary to repeat the Russian-language list of references also in English, and to form References according to the following requirements:
It is necessary to repeat the Russian language list of references in Latin (References), designed according to the Vancouver citation style (with transliteration in BSI, BGN format). The numbering of entries in the supplementary list should coincide with the numbering of entries in the main list of bibliographic references.
Title of the work/source (translated into English);
The output data: city, publisher, year, volume, page range (transliteration).

Indication of the source language (in Russian).
Self-citation is allowed in the volume of no more than 10% of the total number of sources in the list of references.
Information about the author(s): full name, academic title and degree, place of work, postal code address, e-mail, orcid
The authors’ contribution to the article (if there are co-authors – to the co-authored article).
Conflict of interests (in Russian and English). Specify competing and/or conflicting interests, such as personal relationships or academic competition.
The last page of the article states that “the article is published for the first time”/“first publishing”, the date and full name of the author(s) are indicated.
TECHNICAL PARAMETERS AND ARTICLE FORMAT REQUIREMENTS
Languages of publications: Russian and English, Chinese.
General requirements: Page size: A4 (book orientation). Margins: top and bottom – 2 cm, left and right – 2.5 cm. Font: Arial 14 pt for the main text. Line spacing: 1.5. Paragraph indent: 1.25 cm. The text should not include automatic hyphenation. Main text (the content of the article): justified alignment.
If you use additional fonts while typing an article, you should submit them to the editor.
If the article contains other languages, you duplicate the article in PDF format.
The last page of the manuscript should contain the note “The article is published for the first time”, the date and the author’s signature.
Words, figures, formulas, and units of measurements
Units of measurement are separated from characters and numbers to which they relate.
A clear distinction should be made about O (letter) and 0 (zero), 1 (one) and I (Roman unit or the letter “I”), a hyphen (-) and a dash (–).
Don’t use letter “е” instead of “ё”.
All tables must be drawn up in Word format, be titled and have end-to-end numbering within the article, indicated with Arabic numbers, for example: Table 1. Within the body of the text, references to tables should be written in shortened words, for example: tab. 1. The content of tables should not duplicate the text. The words in the tables should be written in full with correct hyphenation. The table cell should not include a dot at the end of the sentence.
Drawings (graphs, diagrams – Excel format, charts, maps, photos) should be drawn up only in black and white, provided with end-to-end numbering ( Arabic numbers), the word “figure” should be shortened everywhere (for example: Fig. 1). Illustrations are submitted in jpg format (with a minimum 300 dpi resolution or higher) as separate files, indicating their number, surname of the author(s) and the title of the article. Image size is 170×240 mm. When reduced, all details of the image should be clearly distinguished. All captions in Russian and English are included in a separate list at the end of the article.
Drawings obtained from other sources should be accompanied by an appropriate link. Figures must not exceed 1/4 length of the article text.
The articles that do not meet the above mentioned requirements will not be accepted.
The authors are fully responsible for the accuracy of quotations and references.
Article submission, processing and publication are free of charge.
Informational materials about scientific and practical events (forums, conferences, symposiums, etc.), as well as about new publications (monographs, textbooks, etc.) are paid publications of an advertising nature. DOI is not assigned to advertising articles. The article should contain up to 8 thousand printed characters (including spaces). The publication cost is 2,000 rubles.

The editorial board does not provide the authors with a printed copy of the journal. After publication, an electronic version of the journal is sent to the authors by e-mail.
