Peer Review Process
Each article undergoes a two-stage peer review. During the first stage the article is checked for formal criteria and using the Antiplagiat system.
The article must have a minimum originality level of 70 %. The use of materials from defended dissertations is permitted, but the overall originality of the article must also be no less than 70 %. If the author of the article is the supervisor of a graduate student (applicant), the dissertation data used in the article must be accompanied by a citation to the student's (applicant's) article. The article's originality level must also be no less than 70 %. If the article meets the formal requirements and has the required originality percentage, it is sent for review, along with a report from the Antiplagiat system, to a relevant scholar from the editorial board.
The article is submitted for review by an expert after a technical analysis and verification of the originality of the author's text. The publication reviews all materials submitted to the editorial board that are relevant to its subject matter for expert evaluation. The article is reviewed by independent experts within no more than 30 days of receiving a manuscript that meets the journal's requirements. All reviewers are recognized experts in the subject matter of the reviewed materials and have published on the topic of the article within the last three years. If there are significant comments, the manuscript is returned to the authors with a written list of the comments that need to be addressed.
The journal uses blind reviewing.
