Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with each of the following items, and submissions that do not adhere to these guidelines may be returned to the authors.

Отправляемый файл рукописи имеет формат Microsoft Word - *.doc.
Интернет-ссылки представлены в виде полных URL с указанием даты обращения к источнику.
Направленная в редакцию статья должна иметь верхнее и нижнее поля по 20 мм, левое – 30 мм, правое –15 мм. Шрифт – Times New Roman, размер кегля 14, межстрочный интервал – полуторный. Абзац автоматический. Не набирать в формульном редакторе нижний и верхний регистр и ино странные буквы, которые идут в тексте, а только формулы. Формулы набираются основным шрифтом в Microsoft Equation 3.0 (Редактор формул в Microsoft Word) и нумеруются в круглых скобках. Нумеровать следует только те формулы и уравнения, на которые есть ссылка в тексте статьи.
Текст соответствует стилистическим и библиографическим требованиями Руководства для Авторов, расположенном в разделе "О нас".
Были удалены имена авторов из заголовка статьи и выполнены другие требования документа Обеспечение Анонимности при Рецензировании.
Для всего табличного и иллюстрационного материала в нижней части объекта следует указывать источник данных. Например для таблицы: составлено по результатам собственных исследований. Если это фотография, сделанная одним из соавторов, то запись может быть приведена в виде: из фотоархива Иванова И.И.
Авторы заявляют об отсутствии конфликта интересов, а все источники финансирования - указаны.
- В конце статьи необходимо разместить информацию, что «Автор принимает условия Договора по передаче авторских прав на статью и ее публикации».

- Subject of the Agreement
1.1. The subject of this agreement is the terms and conditions for the transfer by the Author of non-exclusive rights to the use of the article by the Editorial Board for its publication in the scientific and theoretical journal " Proceedings of Gorsky State Agrarian University" (hereinafter referred to as the Journal) and distribution.
1.2. The Journal is included in the List of leading peer-reviewed scientific journals and publications of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Russian Federation.
1.3. The Journal is included in the RSCI (Russian Science Citation Index) on the eLIBRARY.ru platform.
1.4. The Journal is indexed in the Unified State List of Scientific Publications (USLSP).
1.5. Indexing of published articles is carried out through the official registration agency for digital object identifiers (DOI) - (CrossRef).
- Copyright Transfer Terms
2.1. The author contractually transfers to the Editors a non-exclusive right to use the article in any form and by any means specified in Article 1270 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
2.1.1. Reproduction and distribution of the article by: making copies of the article, storing it in computer memory, and publishing it in a periodical – the scientific and theoretical journal " Proceedings of Gorsky State Agrarian University."
2.1.2. Translation of the article into any language, publication of the original and translations in any form, and distribution throughout the world.
2.1.3. Making the article publicly available by converting it to electronic form and posting it on electronic media or in computer networks, including the Internet.
2.1.4. Conclusion of sublicense agreements for the transfer of the above rights to other persons.
2.2. The Author warrants: that the article is his/her original creative work and that, at the time of submitting the manuscript to the Editors, all copyright in the article belongs exclusively to him/her; that he/she has no similar obligations to third parties with respect to the article assigned under this Agreement, and that the article will not include materials that violate legally protected information, rights, or interests of third parties. In the event of a breach of the obligations stipulated by this paragraph, the Author shall be solely liable to third parties.
2.3. The Author undertakes not to transfer any rights to use the article assigned under the Editorial Agreement to scientific periodicals (including online publications) without the consent of the Editors during the term of this Agreement. When submitting the article to other non-periodical publications (monographs, teaching aids, textbooks, scientific collections, etc.) or posting it on the author's website/blog, a link to the scientific and theoretical journal
"Proceedings of Gorsky State Agrarian University" is mandatory.
2.4. The rights specified in paragraph 2.1. The rights under this Agreement are transferred for a period of 5 (five) years, beginning on the date of publication of the article, within the territory of the Russian Federation and states where the work is protected in accordance with international treaties and domestic legislation.
2.5. The rights specified in paragraph 2.1.2 are transferred by the author for a period of five years beginning on the date of publication of the article (release of the printed edition of the journal).
- Review and Editing
3.1. The editors reserve the right to conduct scientific and literary editing of the article (including providing comments, notes, illustrations, and formatting it in accordance with the specified format of the scientific and theoretical journal "Proceedings of Gorsky State Agrarian University"), without altering its fundamental principles or the author's style. Proofreading of the article's text is agreed upon with the author in person, by telephone, email, or other means and methods of communication.
3.2. The editors independently review the manuscript and, based on the results of the review, have the right to suggest necessary revisions to the article.
3.2.1. The reviewer is obligated to provide an objective and reasoned assessment of the presented research results. Personal criticism of the author is unacceptable.
3.2.2. The manuscript received for review is considered a confidential document and must not be shared or discussed with third parties not authorized to do so by the editors. 3.3. Unpublished data obtained from manuscripts submitted for review may not be used by the Reviewer for personal purposes.
3.4. The Editors reserve the right to refuse publication of an article if the Author is not original, has been previously published, is not relevant to the scope of the journal, does not contain novel material, lacks sufficient justification for the formulation of the work/problem, lacks theoretical or practical significance, is insufficient for independent publication, or the article's formatting does not meet the established requirements.
3.5. The Editors will not accept an article for publication if there are sufficient grounds to believe that it is plagiarized.
- Publication Terms
4.1. Publication in the scientific and theoretical journal "Proceedings of Gorsky State Agrarian University" is free of charge.
4.2. The editors undertake to publish and distribute the article, include it in the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI) bibliometric database, and assign a digital DOI identifier.
- Author's Royalties
5.1. Publication and distribution of the article in the journal "Proceedings of Gorsky State Agrarian University" is free of charge.
5.2. The author will be provided, upon request, with an electronic version of the journal issue containing their article free of charge.
- Liability and Disputes of the Parties
6.1. The parties shall be liable for failure to fulfill or improper fulfillment of their obligations under this Agreement in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
6.2. The editors, author, and reviewer are responsible for compliance with the Code of Ethics for Scientific Publications.
6.3. The editors are not responsible for any hidden advertising contained in an article.
6.4. All complaints regarding peer-reviewed manuscripts or published articles are reviewed by the editors jointly with the editorial board.
- Submission and Publication Procedure
7.1. The procedure for submitting an author's article, as established by this Agreement, is as follows.
7.1.1. The author shall send the following materials to the Editorial Board of the scientific and theoretical journal " Proceedings of Gorsky State Agrarian University" by e-mail: the text of the article, formatted in accordance with the procedure established by the Editorial Board (available at https://www.gorskigau.ru/science/nauchnye-zhurnaly/zhurnal-izvestiya-gorskogo-gau/); information about the authors, an abstract in Russian and English, a list of keywords, and other materials in accordance with the Rules for Submission, Review, and Publication of Manuscripts and the Requirements for the Formatting of Incoming Manuscripts, posted on the journal's website; contact information including a postal address, or upload the article text and enter the required information when registering in their personal account through the journal's website.
6.1.1. The author responsible for correspondence with the journal's editorial board sends the article to the editorial board's email address: izvestiaggau@mail.ru or uploads it through their personal account on the journal's website.
6.1.2. At the end of the article, the statement "The author accepts the terms of the Agreement on the transfer of copyright for the article and its publication" must be included.
6.1.3. Articles based on materials received as part of a work assignment must be sent to the editorial board on behalf of the relevant organization that holds the exclusive rights to use these materials.
6.1.4. The editorial board, together with the designated reviewers, reviews the article and makes a decision on its publication. Information on the acceptance/rejection of the article is communicated to the corresponding author's email address.
6.1.5. The editorial board sends this agreement to the author for signature.
6.1.6. The editorial board prepares the manuscript for publication after receiving the agreement signed by the author(s).
6.1.7. The decision to accept an article for publication in the scientific and theoretical journal " Proceedings of Gorsky State Agrarian University" confirms that the Editorial Board has entered into this Agreement with the Author, and the article's publication in the journal, its posting on the journal's website, assignment of a DOI, and inclusion in international and domestic bibliometric databases constitutes an act confirming the services rendered.
7.2. Manuscripts of author articles sent to the Editorial Board will not be returned.
- Mailing of the Author's Copy of the Journal
8.1. The Editorial Board will not mail the printed author's copy of the journal containing the article in accordance with this Agreement.
- Final Provisions
9.1. This Agreement shall enter into force upon the Editorial Board's decision to publish the article in the scientific and theoretical journal " Proceedings of Gorsky State Agrarian University."
9.2. The Author has the right to cancel this Agreement prior to the article being signed for publication.
9.3. In the event of the Author's violation of paragraphs 2.2, 2.3, 3.3, and 6.1.1 of this Agreement, the Editorial Board reserves the right to refuse to accept the article and to unilaterally terminate this Agreement.
Privacy Statement
The editorial Board of the journal and the administration of the website of the journal do not transfer personal information in any way specified by the users when working with the website of the journal to third parties, except for those cases and to the extent specified in the terms of the copyright agreement.
The affiliation work and e-mail address of the authors of the manuscript accepted for publication will be published in the section "Information about the authors" of the printed version of the journal and in the section "about the authors" on the page of the article on the website of the journal.
The phone number of the corresponding author will be known only to the editorial Board Secretariat and will only be used in cases of emergency.
