Abstract
The role of leadership in the transformation of the innovation sphere appears to be a leading force in the emerging synergies, due to the teamwork and unity to achieve the objective. Questions examined the comparative sustainability of organizations led by leader and common Manager. The efficiency of regrouping resources in innovative organizations, led by the leader. The main factors of influence on innovative transformations. The model of leader's actions under the influence of these factors on the basis of which the proposed method of assessing the degree of effectiveness of a leader. Defines the specific approach to motivation of subordinates a Manager-leader.
