The system of balanced indices as a tool of strategic management account of scientific research and design activities

Under existing conditions of innovation development, the efficiency of AVTOPROM enterprises (engineering improvement and economy of designed models, and as a result their competitiveness at foreign and Russian markets) is mostly determined by successfulness of subdivisions which are performing scientific research and design activities. For the evaluation of these activities, the use of exclusively financial indices as the key indices satisfies less and less managers and company owners. Underestimation of non-financial indices casts doubt on the possibility of the realization of the strategy worked out by them. The use of the balanced indices system of scientific research and design, the intrusion approaches of which are given in this article, will solve the problem.
