Government Relations as Political Form of Public-Private Partnership in Modern Russia

This article is devoted to research of institutional aspects of «Government Relations» (GR) phenomenon as a specific form of business-authorities relations in the modern Russia which is connected with change of institutional environment and directed on improvement of public administration efficiency and corruption level reduction. Special attention in the article is granted to interpretation of place and role of institution of Government Relations in Public-Private Partnership (PPP) system in the modern Russia. GR is considerated as a political form of public-private partnership (PPP), as a kind of «political basis» which determines the main principles and mechanisms of PPP in the others spheres, and first of all in the economical sphere.
