The Role of Competition in Support of Socio-Political Stability and Suppression of Corruption
Resumo
Fair, transparent and professional competition is the basis of functioning and dynamic stabilization of political system. Further broadening of economical, political and informational freedom and competition is a requirement for lowering of corruption and securing of effectiveness of application of special legal and administrative measures for its suppression.

Authorities and the Media in the «Politics» of the Russian Federation in 1993-1999: the Transformation of Models of Interaction
Resumo
The article deals with the cooperation between the authorities and mass-media in the most complicated period of the political and socioeconomic development of the post-Soviet Russia. Reasoning from the message that in contexts of crisis Russian authorities had to place their stake on the information resources and active cooperation with media community, the author reviews the evolution of mass-media role in the process of providing the Russian governmental bodies` stability in the other half of 1990th.

The beginning of XXI century is marked by unprecedented demand for education in the world, and in the USA, in particular. Comprehension of its crucial importance for welfare and economic development and creation of the future where the new generation should seize new skills, knowledge and ideas grows. Process of internationalization of higher education, a generality of those calls with educational systems worldwide are necessary to collide to, create preconditions and opportunities to loan the most successful foreign experience of educational policy in view of national features and traditions of the educational development. A number of innovations which receive the increasing distribution are obliged by the existence to definite national educational systems.

Immigration agenda in Domestic Politics in the Great Britain: Main Participants and Controversy in Conditions of Crisis
Resumo
British Labour government has been implementing a policy of multiculcuralism in Great Britain for the last ten years. New Labour multicultural policy is based on cultural diversity and could be built up in a society of social cohesion. But in the beginning of the XXI century the tolerant attitude towards members of the British ethnic minorities clashed with the religious consciousness strengthening among radical British Muslims. It was obvious that Labour government lacked effective instruments to deal with this group of people. Serious mistakes in immigration policy have made sufficient negative impact on Labour government popularity rates. Global financial recession have caused more troubles and made political perspectives of Mr. Brown government vaguer. Such situation in its turn leads to the increase of popularity of British Conservative party and even of far right party - British National party, which is famous for its racist statements. British observers star to talk that the political leadership faces the necessity to revise the multicultural policy.

The State Regulation of External Labor Migration: the Experience of the EU, France, Germany and the USA
Resumo
The given article is devoted to the actual problem of the state regulation of external labor migration. It's based on examples of developed western countries. The author makes a conclusion about the importance of the state regulation of migration processes, warning that narrow understanding of migration policy as restriction of external migration flows is insufficient nowadays.

Symbolical Modeling of the Social Development - Combination Theory in the Evolutionary Choice

This article focuses on the methods for creating symbolic models of the social development on the basis of mathematical combinations theory, evolutionary theory and variants selection. The choice of the limited number of dominant and non-dominant symbolic elements in the integrated symbolic models of various social development conceptions allows mathematically calculating and delivering different variants of the symbolic models. There are also some questions and projects for symbols studying.
