Влияние стресса и осознанной саморегуляции на карьерную адаптивность студентов

Аннотация
Вопросы профессионального самоопределения обучающихся сегодня невозможно рассматривать в отрыве от проблемы психологических ресурсов личности, способствующих преодолению стресса, совладанию с неопределенностью и стабильному профессиональному развитию молодых людей в стремительно меняющемся мире. Цель настоящего исследования — изучить специфику взаимосвязей между осознанной саморегуляцией, карьерной адаптивностью и выраженностью воспринимаемого стресса у студентов. Выборку составили 1436 студентов в возрасте от 16 до 23 лет (Mвозраст = 17,9; SD = 1,35), обучающихся в средних и высших учебных заведениях Российской Федерации. Диагностический комплекс включал опросник В.И. Моросановой «Стиль саморегуляции поведения — ССПМ 2020», «Шкалу карьерно-адаптационных способностей — ШКАС» М. Савикаса и Э. Порфелли в русскоязычной адаптации и русскоязычную версию методики С Коухена и Г. Виллиансона «Шкала воспринимаемого стресса — ШВС 10». Сравнительный анализ показал, что у студентов с низким уровнем воспринимаемого стресса более развита осознанная саморегуляция и выше — карьерная адаптивность, по сравнению со студентами со средними и высокими значениями стресса. По результатам регрессионного анализа воспринимаемый стресс вносит значимый отрицательный вклад в карьерную адаптивность студентов, тогда как осознанная саморегуляция, напротив, является ее позитивным предиктором. Проведенное исследование позволяет заключить, что осознанная саморегуляция как метаресурс может интегрировать усилия по преодолению стресса, предотвращая его развитие, позволяя студентам в условиях неопределенности не сходить с траектории своего профессионального развития и достигать поставленных образовательных целей.
