Abstract
Article is devoted to administrative legal principles of regulation in the higher education sphere research. Along with theoretical questions of a role and a place of legal principles in the legal regulation in a context of the purposes and problems of administrative law, the special attention is paid to studying of system of the principles established in the new educational legislation of the Russian Federation.
