Role and place of the president in the system of the state authorities in accordance with constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic

Abstract

By this article the author research the role and the place of the president within the system of the state authorities based on the case of one of the Kyrgyz Republic. He describes the political conception of institute of the president power established as a result of the last constitutional reform by 2010. Author makes an analysis of the legal status of the Kyrgyz President in terms of the mix «president-parliament» system.
