The results of an application of the new approach to treatment of patients with crises of proximal department of the humeral bone

Abstract

Treatment of patients with crises of proximal department of a humeral bone is an important problem of modern traumatology. In our work we have carried out the analysis of treatment of 150 patients with the given trauma which have been divided into three clinical groups, depending on a way of medical intervention. Application of the new approach to treatment of patients with crises of proximal department of the humeral bone including use of a way of surgical treatment of given patients, the tool for performance of the most responsible stage of operation and devices for carrying out of the regenerative period, has allowed to lower number of failures from 77,8 % to 24,3 %.
