Abstract
this article is dedicated to the analysis of modern approaches to the interpretation of Russian music in a piano ensemble. It examines the historical origins of the genre, key works by P.I. Tchaikovsky, S.V. Rachmaninoff, and A.G. Rubinstein, as well as the specifics of their performance in the context of contemporary trends. Particular attention is given to technical and stylistic aspects of ensemble practice, the role of pedagogy in shaping performance skills, and the integration of digital technologies into the educational process. The study reveals how the traditions of the Russian musical school interact with innovative methods, ensuring the relevance of the classical heritage. The results emphasize the importance of ensemble performance in developing musicians' communicative and artistic competencies, as well as the necessity of balancing authenticity and creative freedom in interpretation.
