Abstract
the article examines the opportunities and risks associated with the introduction of digital technologies into the modern educational space. The analysis of the main trends in the digitalization of education, the stages of reforming the regulatory framework, the state of the material and technical base is carried out. An overview of the most common digital educational technologies, such as mobile learning, the use of cloud services, online courses, and gamification, is presented. The functions of technologies are considered: managerial, educational, and communicative. The results of a survey of students and teachers on the degree of use of digital tools in the educational process and their impact on learning effectiveness are analyzed. The advantages and risks of digital technologies are highlighted. Based on the theoretical analysis and the results of the survey, it is concluded that digital technologies improve the quality and effectiveness of education, however, there are problems of a technical nature and misuse of gadgets that require a careful approach. In the modern world, vocational education is going through a period of dynamic transformations. Not only the education system is changing, but also teenagers' ideas about their future profession. This is due to the development of new technologies, the emergence of new professions and the expansion of career opportunities. In such conditions, an urgent task is to find effective approaches to career guidance work that contribute to the successful professional self-determination of schoolchildren. The purpose of this article is to analyze innovative methods of career guidance and create a model that takes into account modern realities. Career guidance has traditionally been based on comparing the professional qualities of a student with the requirements of a future specialty. However, today, with the expansion of the choice of professions, such an approach may not be enough. It is necessary to develop the skills of teenagers to independently search and analyze information about their profession, taking into account the variability of the labor market. Innovative career guidance methods based on the use of digital technologies can be the answer to this need. By allowing students to explore educational and professional opportunities through digital means, they contribute to the formation of self-determination skills. The article analyzes such techniques and draws up a model of career guidance that meets the challenges of the time.
