Abstract
The text of the Statute of the Communist Party of Indochina, adopted at the First Congress of the Party in March 1935 in Macao, is presented for the first time in Russian. The statute changed the name of the party and developed the provisions of the previous two statutes of the CPV. The first, so cold "brief" statute of the Communist Party of Vietnam compiled by Nguyen Ai Quok (Ho Chi Minh) was adopted at the unification conference of Vietnamese Communist organizations in Hong Kong in early February 1930. The second statute was adopted in October 1930 in Hong Kong at the 1st plenum of the Central committee of the CPV.
