Повышение качества человеческих ресурсов во Вьетнаме в контексте Четвёртой промышленной революции

Аннотация

Четвертая промышленная революция, как ожидается, внесёт значительные изменения в предложение и спрос на рабочую силу, так как для неё требуются работники с высокопрофессиональными навыками, знаниями, а также инновационным и творческим потенциалом, способные освоить передовые технологии. Поэтому для стран, в значительной степени полагающихся на золотую демографическую структуру экономического роста, таких как Вьетнам, необходимо добиваться повышения качества людских ресурсов с учётом новых изменений в этом контексте. В статье делается краткий обзор теоретических основ развития человеческих ресурсов и анализируется политика Вьетнама по повышению качества рабочей силы, на основании чего предлагаются решения в этой области для удовлетворения потребностей Четвертой промышленной революции.
