论证。现代技术和武器的使用迫使人们重新考虑对战斗人员现有病理的患病率和具体情况的理解性,并为他们提供医疗服务。
研究目的:调查参加作战行动的北高加索地区罗斯加瓦尔迪亚军人上消化道病变的发病率及其临床 特征。
研究目的。对118名敌对行动参与者进行了检查,均为21至65岁的男性,48 名军官和 70 名合同军人,这些人都有非严重的外科和治疗病理背景以及加重的肠胃病病史。结果的统计处理采用MedCalc® 统计软件22.009版(MedCalc Software Ltd, Ostend, Belgium; https://www.medcalc.org; 2023)中的变量频率法。
结果。参加军事行动的患者中,上消化道粘膜的急性和慢性糜烂性和溃疡性破坏占61%,慢性浅表性胃炎占19%,胃食管反流病占15%,功能性消化不良占5%(P<0.0001)。在军官以急性胃糜烂、糜烂性溃疡合并病理和慢性胃炎更为常见,而在合同军人中,慢性十二指肠溃疡、糜烂型胃食管反流病、慢性胃炎和合并病变占多数。
结论。参加作战行动的人员容易患上消化道糜烂和溃疡病,需要密切关注,重点是军官群体。此外,还有必要制定现代临床和诊断计划,以便及早发现上消化道疾病,防止延误并发症的发生。
