由于被用作农用饲料作物,博尔舍维克属植物 (Heracleum L.)的过度生长迅速蔓延,这是俄罗斯联邦目前面临的一个严重问题。这一过程对植被的生物多样性产生了负面影响,破坏了自然生态系统,并造成了重大的经济损失。不过,如果不是因为它们具有侵蚀性,Heracleum L. 属植物在俄罗斯联邦境内的积极传播也不会造成如此大的灾难。当植物汁液接触皮肤时,会引起植物光性皮炎,这是一种类似于I、II和III级热烧伤的烧伤。研究考虑了 Heracleum L. 属植物汁液中主要生物活性物质的定性和定量组成。研究表明,导致植物皮炎的生物活性物质是呋喃香豆素。已经证实,呋喃香豆素之所以具有明显的光敏活性,是因为香豆素的 6、7 和 7、8 位存在一个呋喃环。这类化合物包括补骨脂素及其主要衍生物:黄毒素、佛手柑素、异补骨脂素、当归素(异补骨脂素)及其主要衍生物:补骨脂素、异佛手柑素。呋喃环与香豆素环的缩合取代及其位置的改变会导致光敏活性的丧失。研究结果表明,Heracleum L.属植物汁液的活性直接取决于以下因素:植物汁液中呋喃香豆素的定性和定量含量、汁液量和皮肤损伤区的面积、患处皮肤与植物汁液接触的时间、紫外线照射强度和照射到患处的时间,以及每个人的特征(如年龄、皮肤类型)。分析了三种临床形式的植物光性皮炎的标准治疗方法。结果发现,目前还没有专门的临床建议来诊断和治疗因接触 Heracleum L. 属植物汁液而引起的植物性皮肤炎。总之,考虑到呋喃香豆素的作用机理,制药技术的一项实际而有前景的任务可能是开发用于治疗 Heracleum L. 属植物汁液引起的烧伤的药物。
