Abstract
Corporation "York" was founded in 1874 in the USA (York, Pennsylvania). The transnational company York International is the world's leading company in the field of refrigeration and air conditioning systems. Its annual turnover is about 4 billion US dollars. York International has manufacturing, sales and service structures in more than 60 countries around the world. ZAO York International, a Russian subsidiary, was registered in Moscow in 1992.
