Industrial waste management at industrial enterprises (using the example of the Tambov region)

摘要

The analysis of the current situation with industrial waste in the Tambov region is carried out. Some reduction in solid waste in industrial enterprises has been recorded. In the total volume of waste, a significant share is accounted for by waste from livestock, processing industries, and sugar industry enterprises. The main types of industrial waste at various enterprises are considered. A study of the activities of industrial enterprises in the field of industrial waste management has been conducted. The enterprises have quite clearly and efficiently organized waste management. At the same time, the small share of waste that is sent for recycling and reused at the enterprises is noteworthy.

Promising technologies for processing ash and slag waste into geopolymers

摘要

Thanks to the improvement of ash and slag processing processes, new opportunities for efficient and environmentally friendly production are opening up. The first direction is the production of chemicals: vanadium, titanium dioxide, and gold. The second direction is application in the construction industry: production of cinder blocks, bricks and building mixes; production of swimming equipment, signal buoys, life jackets; production of alumina bricks; foam. A hypothesis has been put forward and tested on the creation of a geopolymer binder based on the process of activating aluminosilicates obtained from ash and slag with alkali solutions.

Ecological and economic assessment of the use of electrobaromembrane methods in the technology of wastewater treatment of electroplating enterprises

摘要

The paper proposes an improved technology of complex wastewater treatment plants at the stage of neutralization of wastewater from galvanic lines using electronanofiltration and nanofiltration, as well as neutralization of concentrated wastewater. The stage of wastewater treatment of washing waters is considered. An environmental and economic assessment of the introduction of electric pressure membrane technologies into the wastewater treatment system of galvanic enterprises was carried out at JSC Tambovmash using traditional reagent methods and with the introduction of membrane equipment. The payback period of the project has been calculated.

Wastewater treatment from phenols by modified waste from oil extraction production

摘要

The possibility of using carbon-containing sorption material obtained from spent kieselguhr sludge from oil extraction production for extracting phenol from modeled aqueous media is considered. It is shown that maximum efficiency is achieved using particles smaller than 0.315 mm. The kinetics of the process is studied. It is noted that the sorption equilibrium is established after 15 minutes of contact between the adsorbent and phenol molecules. To clarify the mechanism of phenol absorption by the carbon-containing sorption material, IR spectra were analyzed before and after phenol sorption.

The analysis of electromagnetic ecology at an electric power facility

摘要

The article discusses the issues of electromagnetic ecology at an electric power facility where high-voltage equipment is located. Information is provided on regulatory documents regulating the electromagnetic environment; the most powerful sources of the electromagnetic field at an electric substation are indicated. A method for calculating the spatial and amplitude distribution of electromagnetic fieldshas been developed. To test the calculation, computer simulation of the spatial and frequency distribution of the electromagnetic field near a 500 kV power autotransformer was performed. It is shown that it is advisable to solve the issues of electromagnetic ecology at electric power facilities at the design stage, taking into account the power and intensity of possible sources.

It is indicated that all strategic documents of the leading enterprises for the production of mineral fertilizers are based on the principles of sustainable development of companies, digitalization and ESG transformation.

From ecological alarmism to green projects of deposits development

摘要

The most important prerequisite for sustainable territorial development is the efficient use of resource potential. The article discusses the main problems of the Russian mineral resource complex, Russia’s need for domestic titanium and zirconium raw materials. It is time for the development and implementation of the project for the development of the country's largest placer deposit "Centralnoye", with its substantive assessments of the socio-economic and environmental consequences for the residential area of the Rasskazovsky district of the Tambov region. An analysis of the available results of the study of the central deposit has been conducted, and the reasons for the lack of development of this deposit have been identified. A radical solution to possible socio-economic problems can be facilitated by the development of a green project for the development of the deposit (friendly to nature), using the best available technologies for subsoil use, selected based on the results of a thorough computer examination.

The paper considers the experience of realization of students’ individual educational trajectories in the structure of basic professional educational programs at Tambov State Technical University through the example of approbation of the discipline “Theory and practice of critical thinking” as part of the educational process. The analysis of existing concepts of the term “individual educational trajectory” on the basis of Article 34 of the Federal Law No. 273-FL “On education in the Russian Federation” is given. The model of the structure of basic professional educational programs of the university is presented. The approaches to the meaning of the term “Soft Skills” in the contemporary literature are revealed. The thematic content of the discipline “Theory and practice of critical thinking” allied with the key meta-subject skills formed by the elective module “Soft Skills” is shown. Such instruments of critical thinking as counterfactual and counterintuitive thinking are defined and outlined as promising directions for further teaching of the course.

Teaching legal translation to the students of language faculties

The article considers the peculiarities of legal translation, gives an account of the requirements specific for the translation of personal documents. The authors underline the necessity to consider the national legal system when choosing a translation equivalent for a legal term. The practical aspects of using translation resources in the inter language translation of legal texts, in particular, electronic dictionaries and forums, have been analyzed. The authors describe the most frequent errors found in the translations of experienced linguists and novice translators. The importance of the translator's knowledge of the subject area, the ability to find accurate translation correspondences, critically analyze possible translation options, correctly design the translation text, and observe the original formatting has been emphasized. An algorithm for teaching legal translation to improve the quality of tasks performed by future translators is presented in the article.
