PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF THE NATIONAL PROJECT “EDUCATION”

Petrova T.A.

Abstract

The article considers the issue of implementing a national project that is of enormous importance for the state and for every person, as it is associated with the formation of human capital in the new reality of modern development of society, where the most important competencies are the ability to think unconventionally and creatively, the ability to logically build a chain of reasoned evidence, the ability to work in a team and hear the opinions of others and analyze them. The project covers almost all aspects of the educational process, but has undergone changes that, from our point of view, are not optimal, since one of the projects within the overall project is the most important, since it directly concerns the closest environment of the student-this is a teacher who, from our point of view, is the basis of the educational process and should have a separate project with clear and adequate goals, tasks and financial assessment of the teacher’s work The most important unsolved problem remains the problem of further maintenance, repair, and updating of equipment, which should now fit into the framework of the municipal task, which is quite difficult to do with the current algorithm for generating tasks. We consider it necessary to ensure the paradigm of the teacher’s place and role in the educational process as a basic element of the education system, an indispensable factor in the formation of human capital for the development of the economy as a whole.

APPLICATION OF GAME THEORY AGAINST NATURE TO CHOOSE A LEARNING STRATEGY

Gefan G.D.

Abstract

The problem of choosing a teaching strategy depending on a heterogeneous contingent of students is considered. It is assumed that one of the following strategies can be used: passive, active or interactive learning. The listed strategies can be combined for a specific group of students, but they cannot be applied individually to each individual student. It is necessary to choose the optimal strategy for a specific contingent of students in order to achieve the best learning outcomes. The model of the educational process is mathematically formalized in terms of theory of game against nature. Four categories of students are introduced, correlated with different strategies (states) of «nature». Students can be characterized not only by the presence of abilities, but also by the level of motivation, and the probabilistic distribution of students by these characteristics can be known (stochastic uncertainty) or unknown. In the conditions of stochastic uncertainty, the criteria for choosing the optimal strategy can be the criteria of the maximum average gain or the minimum average risk. Decision-making in the absence of information about the probability distribution of strategies of nature can be based on the criteria of Wald, Savage, Hurwitz. The same game matrix was used for the calculations, but with different assumptions about the distribution of students by type and with different decision-making criteria. The described approaches allow us to take the choice of a learning strategy with greater responsibility for its results. Practice shows the positive impact of such an analysis on the effectiveness of training.

TEACHER PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF A TEACHER AS A RESPONSE TO EXTERNAL CURRENT CHALLENGES

Pozdeeva S.I.

Abstract

The problem of professional development of a teacher is posed as a process of constant change of external requirements to the list and level of formation of professional competencies and the list of professional and personal qualities. As external challenges of this process, the focus on the development of self-managed learners and the implementation of the anthropological mission of modern education are highlighted. Different approaches to the professional development of a teacher are analyzed: the development of educational technologies, involvement in educational innovations, the development of research skills. It is emphasized that the development of innovative technologies requires special readiness of the teacher, the different level of which is manifested in different positions in relation to technology: indecisive, skeptics, innovators, researchers. It is proved that all teachers should be involved in innovation and their work should be aimed at this. It is proved that the formation of a teacher’s research culture is associated with the development of that area of his professional interests, which can become the subject of special study and real change at the level of educational practice. In conclusion, three directions of the development of pedagogical activity are highlighted: the development of professional mobility, open professionalism and dialogization of joint professional activity.

DEVELOPMENT OF AN EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM FOR PREPARING A FUTURE PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHER TO WORK WITH CHILDREN WITH LIMITED HEALTH OPPORTUNITIES IN THE CONDITIONS OF A SMALL RURAL SCHOOL

Kuzevanova A.A.

Abstract

The article substantiates the need to develop an educational program for preparing a future primary school teacher to work with children with disabilities in a small rural school, describes its structure and content. The author concludes that the preparation process must be built in terms of involving the participants in the educational process in joint activities, as well as using educational technologies that allow students to be subjects of their own education. The article emphasizes that in the context of this study, the term «education» is interpreted as the «involvement» of the subject of activity (student) in their development and education. When creating a program, the author notes that it is built on a modular basis and should be based on the concept of educational eventfulness, which considers pedagogical activity as a subject of personal attitude and action. Thus, the educational program in its content involves separate modules that are in a certain hierarchy: discovery, generation, creation of experience. The author comes to the conclusion that such a construction of the educational program will allow students to independently build the educational process, based on their own understanding of the meaning of professional activity in a small rural school with children with disabilities.

THE ROLE OF MENTORING IN THE DIFFUSION OF SOCIAL INNOVATION IN EDUCATION

Soshenko I.I.

Abstract

The problem of the development of social innovations, including in the field of education, has acquired unprecedented theoretical and practical significance in the last decade. This is due to the transition to the formation of a modern society, the development of which is based on knowledge and the financial crisis of 2008. Social innovations change established social practices, are mainly implemented in the form of projects, the content of which is aimed at solving socially significant social problems, and need to be managed at all stages of the life cycle (from idea to diffusion). In educational organizations, to ensure the diffusion of social innovations in the field of education, it is advisable to use mentoring. Based on the analysis of successful cases of diffusion of social innovations in the educational sphere, the article examines mentoring as: a) preparing the teaching staff for changes in social practice; b) a mechanism for restoring the context of social innovation and its reproduction; c) an asset of an educational organization working in the markets “without money”; d) a mechanism for the reproduction of teaching staff. The importance of a three-component mentoring system in an educational organization is substantiated: mentoring for mentors, mentoring for teachers and mentoring students. The materials of the article can become the basis for continuing research on the diffusion of social innovations in the field of education and the transformation of the existing mentoring systems in educational organizations.

PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF SPECIALISTS

NARROW READING AS A TOOL FOR MANAGING TRANSLATOR’S LINGUISTIC KNOWLEDGE

Emelyanova J.B.

Abstract

Professional translators should be able to effectively manage their linguistic knowledge to meet their professional needs. This involves not only acquiring relevant terminology in a particular area, but also the means of expression specific to this subject field, thus ensuring nativelike speech in a foreign language. The article posits that one of the tools which can be successfully used to achieve this goal is narrow reading. The benefits of using narrow reading by translators to expand their linguistic knowledge can be justified by its ability to: 1) highlight the preferred ways of expressing certain ideas, conveying meanings and describing situations used by native speakers; 2) ensure comprehensive knowledge and long-term retention of new vocabulary; 3) encourage the process of constructing knowledge of a foreign language. It has been concluded that the effectiveness of using narrow reading for achieving the above-mentioned aims depends on the following factors: 1) awareness of the types of linguistic means which ensure nativelike speech; 2) the ability to notice means of expression specific to a particular subject field used by native speakers to convey specific ideas and meanings; 3) the ability to adequately use these linguistic means when speaking a foreign language. The article describes an algorithm for developing the knowledge and skills required to effectively use narrow reading for expanding students’ linguistic knowledge and ensure nativelike speech in a particular subject area. It can be used as part of an English language course in an undergraduate degree in translation and interpreting. The algorithm proved to be an an effective tool for achieving the above-mentioned goals.

SELF-ASSESSMENT OF STUDENTS OF THE HUMANITARIAN INSTITUTE AS A REGULATOR OF THEIR PROGRESS

Velikova S.A.

Abstract

Self-esteem, being a component of the personality structure, influences the entire activity of the subject, both the process and its result. The educational process in a higher educational institution is no exception. Despite the difference in approaches to understanding its definition, structure, presented in the theoretical part of the article, scientists agree on one thing. Performing various functions – evaluative, control, stimulating, blocking and protective, etc., self-esteem mobilizes and reveals the intellectual and creative potential of a person. Consequently, a person with an adequately high self-esteem will be proactive and competitive in the labor market. They develop spontaneously, due to the study of information and interaction with the reference group. However, since self-esteem influences the activity, then it will also influence the activity of students, the result of which is the current performance of students of the Humanities Institute (GumI). In the process of mastering a profession, under the influence of learning to use mental operations, features characteristic of students begin to appear. They develop spontaneously, due to the study of information and interaction with the reference group. However, since self-esteem influences the activity, then it will also influence the activity of students, the result of which is the current performance of students of the Humanities Institute (GumI).An analysis of the results obtained using several methods showed that students of different courses and directions of the humanitarian institute have significantly excellent component expression of selfesteem, as well as the relationship of its parameters with current academic performance.

DEVELOPMENT OF INTERHEMISCAL INTERACTION IN CHILDREN WITH AUTISM SPECTRUM DISORDER

Kuvshinova I.A., Novozhilova D.A., Chernobrovkin V.A.

Abstract

The problem of correctional work with children with autism spectrum disorders through the development of interhemispheric interaction is considered. The results of studies by Russian and foreign authors on morphological differences of the corpus callosum of the brain in people with autism spectrum disorders, in which a specific neural marker was identified, giving new directions of correctional work. Considering that the corpus callosum provides interhemispheric interaction, the authors suggested that neurogymnastics should be added to the learning process of children with autism spectrum disorders. An experiment was conducted to prove its effectiveness. Fragments of neuropsychological diagnostics of preschool children according to J. M. Glozman were used to assess the level of development of interhemispheric interaction. A number of adapted samples were used, the quantitative assessment of which was compared with the indicated levels. The results of the ascertaining, forming and control stages of the experiment are described. Additional techniques, namely neurogymnastics, were used as an experimental factor. It is included in classes with children of the experimental group, first as a replacement for the traditional warm-up, and then in the structure of the classes themselves. The results of a comparative analysis of the dynamics of the development of interhemispheric interaction at the beginning and end of the experiment allowed us to conclude that short daily classes in neurogymnastics can accelerate the development of interhemispheric interaction in children with autism spectrum disorder. Neurogymnastics classes can bring the level of development of interhemispheric interaction in children with autism spectrum disorders closer to the level of normally developing children.
