Усиление педагогической направленности практических заданий на основе ресурсов технопарка для будущих учителей

Аннотация
Реализация стратегических приоритетов развития образования в России обусловливает привлечение в образовательный процесс педагогических вузов ресурсов технопарков. Актуальность проблемы научно-методической обеспеченности использования этих ресурсов в профессиональной подготовке будущего учителя определяется тем, что в практических заданиях для них недостаточно представлена педагогическая составляющая. В статье представлены результаты исследования, нацеленного на разработку и обоснование научно-методического решения по усилению педагогической направленности практических заданий на основе ресурсов технопарка. Методология исследования базируется на системном и деятельностном подходах, которые предполагают рассмотрение профессиональной подготовки студента в педагогическом вузе во всем многообразии взаимосвязей субъектов и задают необходимость включения студентов в решение педагогических задач в любых видах профессиональной подготовки. Предложено научно-методическое решение по усилению педагогической направленности практических заданий на основе ресурсов технопарка, включающее формат представления задания с учетом взаимодействий субъектов образовательного процесса; модель методического конструкта, обеспечивающего универсальность разработки заданий; порядок действий по их разработке и реализации. К значимым теоретическим результатам исследования относятся возможности преемственного усложнения практических заданий и гибкого встраивания их в образовательный процесс, развития универсальных педагогических компетенций у студентов за счет применения предложенного научно-методического решения в профессиональной подготовке. Такое решение заявленной проблемы позволяет оптимизировать командную работу преподавателей разных учебных дисциплин и сотрудников технопарка, упорядочить методическую обеспеченность использования его ресурсов, повысить образовательную мотивацию будущих учителей. Отзывы профессионального сообщества свидетельствуют о востребованности предложенного решения и перспективности дальнейшей разработки.
