Author Guidelines
The journal "Power and Elites" publishes articles on the theory and practice of power, power structures and institutions. Particular attention is paid to the results of theoretical and empirical research of elites and other power groups. The journal also publishes reviews and overviews of scientific conferences. Submitted articles must correspond to the thematic profile of the journal.
By submitting a manuscript to the editorial team, the author undertakes not to publish it in any other publication without the consent of the editorial office.
Authors are not charged for publication and no royalties are paid.
Editorial team accepts materials up to 80 thousand print marks (2 p. s.) in docx format. The article set includes the following information in Russian and English: article title, abstract (200–250 words) and keywords; information about the author(s), which indicates the last name, first name and patronymic (if it exists), the exact official name of the place of work, academic degree, academic rank, business address, telephone number, email address and scientometric database identifiers.
Materials sent to the editorial team undergo two stages of examination – internal and external.
The editorial team's decisions based on the review results may be as follows: 1) accept the manuscript for publication; 2) accept with revision (specific comments on revision are communicated to the authors); 3) reject the manuscript (a reasoned refusal is sent to the author by e-mail).
Copyrights notice
The right of authorship belongs to the authors of articles. The authors transfer the rights to use the article (including the use and distribution of an article in the Open Access) to the publisher of the journal on a non-exclusive license.

Guidelines for manuscripts
The author must indicate the sources of all quotes, figures and other information given in the article. Abbreviations are explained when first used. Tables must be completed in Word, titled and numbered continuously. The title of the table in Russian and English is given in bold above the table. Notes and reference to source are located below the table. For each table, the text of the article must indicate the table number in parentheses (see Table 3).
Diagrams, graphs, schemes and photographs are given with the designation Fig. The title of the figures in Russian and English is given in standard font under the figure. Diagrams and graphs are preferably made in Excel format. For each figure, the text of the article must indicate the figure number in parentheses (see Figure 2).
References to scientific sources are presented in the form of a bibliographic list behind the text LITERATURE/REFERENCES and are numbered in alphabetical order; Russian-language sources are listed first, then foreign-language ones. The source numbers are indicated in square brackets inside the text: [9, p. 45]. Bibliographic descriptions of publications are formatted in accordance with the state standard.
