Author Guidelines

Electronic versions of manuscripts and scanned cover documents should be submitted by e-mail khamidullina@istu.edu. Printed versions of manuscripts and original cover documents should be sent to: 664073, 83, Lermontov st., Irkutsk.

References

• References is an indicator of the scientific outlook of the author. The number of foreign sources indicates the mastery of the topic.
• References should include at least 20 sources. At least 50% of them should be published over the last five years.At least 7 foreign sources indexed in Scopus and Web of Science should be included in References. Textbooks, teaching aids, regulatory legal acts, GOSTs, archival documents, methodological guidelines, “non-author's” Internet sources, reference books, statistical data, dissertations and their abstracts should be placed in footnotes and not duplicated in References.
• Provide only verifiable references.
• Number citations by the order they appear in the text rather than in alphabetical order.Use the square brackets for references in the text:[1], [2], [3], [4, 5].
• Refer to recent sources (published over the last 3-5 years).
• Links to online sources must be reliable and durable. Provide a full URL, an access date, and any other additional information (DOI, names of authors, dates, links to publication sources, etc.).
• Provide a DOI (individual identification number) (if possible).
• Titles of English-language journals should be abbreviated in accordance with MedLine (NLM Catalog). If the journal is not indexed in MedLine, provide its full name. Do not abbreviate names of Russian journals. Check if the journal has an official English name. If it has, provide the official English name. If it does not have, transliterate it and indicate the translated name using the “=”. English names of Russian journals can be found on journal websites.
• Titles of foreign journals and books should be original.
• Indicate the language of sources for Russian journals (e.g., In Russ.).
• Do not change references to foreign sources.
• Indicate all the authors (Last name, Initials). Do not change the order of authors.
• Refer to no more than 25% of author’s sources.
• Do not cite articles published in the Journal (Unless it is a continuation of the author’s research).
• The author is responsible for the accuracy and reliability of data in the manuscript and links to sources.

1. Requirements to References

"References" includes transliterated Russian references followed by their translation into English. It serves to track citations. It has the same order as the Russian-language bibliographic list. The Internet site translit.net can be used to transliterate the Russian text into the Latin one for free. Select the BSI option. References in the text should be in square brackets, numbered after their first mention. References (библиографический список) should be in the same order and comply with GOST P 7.0.5 2008 “Bibliographycal reference.General requirements and rules” for references to printed materials, and the Russian State Standard GOST 7.82-2001 “Bibliographical record. Bibliographival description of electronic resources” for references to online documents. Avoid referring to unpublished works.

Example References

Avoid including federal documents, regulations, standards, textbooks and manuals in References. Include them as footnotes. Avoid including references to dissertations and author’s abstracts in References or footnotes.

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with each of the following items, and submissions that do not adhere to these guidelines may be returned to the authors.

АВТОРСКИЙ ДОГОВОР

о передаче неисключительных прав на использование произведения

именуемый в дальнейшем «Автор (соавторы)», с одной стороны, и ФГБОУ ВО «Иркутский национальный исследовательский технический университет», именуемый в дальнейшем «Издатель», в лице ректора Корнякова Михаила Викторовича, действующего на основании Устава, с другой стороны, заключили настоящий договор о нижеследующем:

1. Предмет договора

1.1. Автор (соавторы) безвозмездно предоставляет Издателю неисключительные права на использование произведения (далее «Статья») в научном журнале «ХХ1 век. Техносферная безопасность» (далее «Журнал»). Название Статьи:

1.2. Использование Статьи осуществляется в обусловленных настоящим договором пределах.

2. Права и обязанности сторон

2.1. По настоящему договору Автор  (соавторы) предоставляет(ют) Издателю следующие права:

2.1.1. Право на воспроизведение, распространение, переиздание, перевод, оцифровку  и дальнейшее распространение в печатном и  электронном виде в составном произведении журнала, передачу третьим лицам для доведения до всеобщего сведения;

2.1.2. Право на воспроизведение Статьи в версии Журнала, размещаемой на сайте университета: wwwistu.edu и на сервере Электронной Российской научной библиотеки:  www.elibrary.ru  и других базах данных;

2.1.3. Право на выпуск в свет, в том числе право на обнародование Статьи;

2.1.4. Право на импорт и экспорт в целях распространения.

2.2. Статью допускается копировать, цитировать исключительно в некоммерческих целях с соблюдением соответствующих положений авторского законодательства с обязательным указанием имени авторов и источника заимствования, на копиях Статьи должна быть сохранена информация об авторских правах.

2.3.Территория использования – не ограничена на русском и английском языках в печатных и электронных версиях этого журнала.

2.4. Автор(соавторы) представляет(ют) свои персональные данные (место работы, должность, контактный телефон, E-mail), которые он(они) разрешает(ют) опубликовать в открытом доступе.

2.5.  Предоставление доступа к Статье осуществляется на безвозмездной основе.

2.6. Автор (соавторы)  гарантирует(ют) наличие у него(них) прав на Статью и что использование Статьи в журнале «ХХ1 век. Техносферная безопасность» на условиях настоящего разрешения не приведет к нарушению прав третьих лиц.

2.7. Гонорар за публикацию статьи не назначается.

3. Срок и территория, на которые передаются права

3.1. Права по настоящему договору предоставляются на неопределенный срок, начиная с ____________________ (дата).

3.2. Права по настоящему договору предоставляются на территории всех стран мира и в сети Интернет.

4. Ответственность сторон

4.1. Ответственность Сторон определяется в соответствии с действующим законодательством РФ.

  5. Разрешение споров

5.1. Все споры и разногласия, которые могут возникнуть между сторонами и по вопросам, не нашедшим своего разрешения в тексте данного договора, будут разрешаться путем переговоров на основе действующего законодательства и обычаев делового оборота.

5.2. При неурегулировании в процессе переговоров спорных вопросов, споры разрешаются в судебном порядке.

6. Заключительные положения

6.1. Настоящий договор вступает в силу с момента подписания его сторонами и действует бессрочно.

6.2. Во всем остальном, что не предусмотрено настоящим договором, стороны руководствуются действующим законодательством.

6.3. Любые изменения и дополнения к настоящему договору действительны, при условии, если они совершены в письменной форме и подписаны сторонами.

6.4. Стороны вправе расторгнуть договор по взаимному письменному соглашению.

6.5. Договор составлен в двух экземплярах по одному для каждой из сторон.

Privacy Statement

The editorial Board of the journal and the administration of the website of the journal do not transfer personal information in any way specified by the users when working with the website of the journal to third parties, except for those cases and to the extent specified in the terms of the copyright agreement.
The affiliation work and e-mail address of the authors of the manuscript accepted for publication will be published in the section "information about the authors" of the printed version of the journal and in the section "about the authors" on the page of the article on the website of the journal.
The phone number of the corresponding author will be known only to the editorial Board Secretariat and will only be used in cases of emergency.
