Abstract
The problem of transforming the world order, the transition from the policy of globalization of the world to the sovereignty of self-sufficient centers, Russia’s efforts to prevent the absorption of the post-Soviet space and the transformation of the Russian Federation is urgent and debated. The pressure of the NATO bloc and the sanctions war, the loss of support in the strategic regions of the earth lead to the destruction of Russian statehood. The peak of the confrontation was determined in the 20s of the XXI century. Its results will be decisive for the system of international relations.
