Abstract
The article scrutinizes the factors of the young employee’s social adaptation to the megalopolis labour market. The author derives from the labour market’s institutional effect facilitating the social adaptation. Amount of time spent in the corporate environment leads it to being crucial for the adaptation. Understanding the factors leads to a unified adaptation approach through social institutes functioning inside and outside the organisation, as well as through the adaptee’s own efforts.
