Abstract
The article examines the activities of the labor protection service in the organization, its legal regulation. The main tasks and functions of the labor protection service at the enterprise are analized. The author pays attention to the organization of an effective labor protection system, training and instruction on labor protection for workers; characterizes the management and control of working conditions at an enterprise as a necessary condition for the safety of workers.
