Abstract
The article is devoted to project activity in teaching a foreign language to students of political specialties. The authors substantiate the importance and emphasize the effectiveness of the use of the project activity method while forming intercultural professionally oriented communicative competence. In this regard, the types, tasks and stages of project activity, the conceptual foundations of its organization are considered, as well as the digital tools that are used for its implementation.
