The article examines the problem of determining visual color associations for vowels of the Russian language (development of a software package for automated phonosemantic analysis of texts). A technology is proposed for automated determination of color characteristics of various texts using a computer program (written in Python 3) based on experimental data obtained as a result of an associative (phonosemantic) experiment. The results of the study can be used both for the analysis and modification of any texts in order to create more vivid associations among various intended audiences, and in the field of, as it were, “regulation” of speech emotional impact on the recipient (listening or reading).
