CURRENT APPROACHES TO THE STUDY OF THE RUSSIAN LANGUAGE IN SCHOOL

Pervova G.M., Maslova M.V., Pavlinova I.A.

Abstract

The problem of finding relevant approaches to the study of the Russian language in primary and secondary school is considered. The three educational approaches are pointed out as leading: cultural, axiological and active. Concepts of cultural approach are most efficiently implemented in a school course of studying Russian language. There are examples of training materials on Russian language alternative learning systems (“Planeta Znaniy” (planet of knowledge) and others). Cultural approach is working closely with the educational axiology. The question of the shortcomings of the formation of value attitude to the Russian language as a state language and as a language of international communication is raised. Language should be seen by students as a true life and national educational value, and for the teacher it is not only a subject of study, but also a key for civic education of pupils, professional work tool. The lack of exposure to active approach to language development in primary school is also shown. Practical language training is declared in the documents and training materials, at the same time there is lack of materials for the implementation of accurate, clean, clear and expressive speech for younger pupils, there are no practical tools for improving speech activity for teenagers. The task of teachers to address these challenges and current educational approaches is outlined.

Abstract

The problem of methods of patients’ physical rehabilitation improvement with motive-coordinating disorders of various aetiology is still relevant, as the amount of the handicapped in Russia has the tendency to increase. The research of motive disorders of patients with disseminated sclerosis revealed such types of locomotion as walking and vertical stability. It is fairly believed that systematic use of physical exercises, the basis of which is goal-directed motive action let restore or compensate physical abilities, increase the level of development of physical qualities, functional state of human’s organism. Coordinating abilities, to which the processes of human’s pose regulation are referred, the ability to keep balance take an important place in the researches of different functions of the organism regulations. At the moment one of the methods of static balance diagnostics is posturography - registration of general pressure centre movement at the plane with the help of the platform at strain gauge. The results of posturography research of patients with disseminated sclerosis, carried out within the framework of experiment on efficiency of physical rehabilitation methods estimation are given. The results of posturography confirm the positive dynamics of the results - the decrease of center of pressure area in frontal and sagittal plane, the decrease of posturography length, the decrease of center of pressure of body vibration at patients of experimental group. Statistical comparison of the results of the forming experiment in experimental groups according to the three following parameters: the estimation of vertical stability according to the scale Bohannon, estimation of cerebellar functional system according to the scale Kurtzke, the scale of incapacitation according to EDSS and let confirm the efficiency of the developed methods of physical rehabilitation.

Zereg F., Zhiyyar M.V., Ryazanov A.A.

Abstract

In modern football the main volume of competitive activity is carried out in probabilistic and unexpected situations which demand from athletes the manifestation of resourcefulness, speed of reaction, ability to concentrate and switching of attention, spatial and temporary accuracy of movements, their adequacy to suddenly changing external conditions. All these qualities in theory of physical education and sport are connected with the level of development of coordination abilities that causes their priority in efficiency of training and competitive activity of football players. The skill level of the football player in many respects depends on his ability to coordinate the movements and to be guided in space. It allows to win time, to remain in force, play the game at high speed, combinationally and productively. The importance of movements’ coordination and spatial orientation in activity of modern football players constantly increases. It is connected with need to work in the conditions of rigid single combat, in unusual situations, at deficiency of time and space. Younger and middle age is optimum for development of coordination abilities (up to 14-15 years). Therefore, the pedagogical influences aimed at the development of coordination of movements and spatial orientation give bigger effect if systematically and purposefully to apply them at this age.

ON THE ISSUE OF MORDOVIA BELYAK

Napolnikova P.K.

Abstract

The question of under-investigated, but very important for understanding of Mordovian ethnos history, notion of Mordovia belyak is studied. The historiography of this question is researched. Basing on the analysis of documents of XVI-XVII centuries the variants of the term use are considered. Its possible meanings are considered. Unlike the existing opinion about belyak as “principality” of tataric aristocracy it is suggested that the notion “belyak” appeared among Finnish ethnos including those of Mordovians at the result of Turkic (Kipchak) borrowings at the stage of clans decay for denotement of inner-ethnic group separating and also the territory which this group took and where it ran its economic activity. The organization of belyak in Mordovians was primary form of spaces reclaiming and was conditioned by the specifics of economic activity. Sharing the definite regions of forest by the inhabitants of one belyak predetermined the further functioning of belyak as tax unit. Namely as the tax units, belyaks were included in feud of tatarian noblemen in XV-XVI centuries. The full transition of Mordva to farming as a basic type of economic activity belyak had lost its meaning and had disappeared by the end of XVII century.

PROPAGATION OF SECTARIANISM IN THE GREAT RUSSIAN VILLAGE ON THE CUSP OF XIX-XX CENTURIES

Sviridov I.S.

Abstract

The reasons for the propagation of sectarianism on the cusp of XIX-XX centuries are analyzed. The objective of this work is to identify the causes of the propagation of sectarianism among the rural workers. The relationship of the peasantry and parish clergy (fee for religious rites, maintenance of Church services) is considered. It is proved that the outer side of religion (rituals, traditions, rituals) was predominant in the spiritual life of peasants. The ratio of rural workers to the priests depended on the performance of the parish clergy of the Church duties. Superficial knowledge of the tenets of the faith and religious activities of preachers (for example, V.A. Pashkov) contributed to the religious thinking and truth-seeking rural workers, which was reflected in the different interpretations of the Christian faith (Staev’s followers). It is revealed that the influence of religious-philosophical teaching of L.N. Tolstoy did not depend on personal propaganda of writer, and was spread in the great village slightly. The interaction of Orthodox peasants and sectarians based on the example of two communities Ranenburgskaya district of the Ryazan province is considered. Molokans has had a positive impact on their Orthodox villagers because of their way of life. One of the main reasons for the propagation of sectarianism formed the conditions of the urban environment that shaped the Orthodox tillers of different ideas about religion (Baptists, Molokans, Pashkov’s followers). The position of peasant sectarians in the country at the beginning of the XX century “before” and “after” the publication of the decree of April 17, 1906, which equate the rights of old believers and sectarians with Orthodox is studied.

Uraeva I.V.

Abstract

A description of public organizations’ activities - library associations to improve library’s staff training in the 1920s is presented. It is found that in the post-October period there was an ambiguous situation in the development of librarianship in our country. It was linked with low book supply, miserable financial situation of libraries, but the most sensitive issue was an acute shortage of library staff. Two groups basically worked in the library: the first - non-professionals - workers, peasants, demobilized from the Red Army, and the second - librarians with years of experience. To solve problems related to the further training of library staff, improving the material situation of librarians, libraries, propaganda, library associations were created - public library organization, which included librarians. It is proved that the library association, not having the appropriate independence and funding being under constant pressure and controlled by the authorities, could not be further developed and gradually been turned into centers that perform methodological work, which included workshops, courses, conferences, consultations and briefings, field visits, preparation of teaching materials.
