Abstract
The subject matter of the article is teacher-student interaction, its linguistic aspect in terms of didactic functions. The authors emphasize the necessity of practicing complex language skills needed for foreign language teachers, which includes the ability to classify common situations, teach relevant language material, and address cultural and organizational aspects. These skills involve effective teacher-student interaction, proficiency in evaluating and correcting language, professional training in teaching foreign languages, and the ability to use appropriate language in the classroom setting.
