Abstract
The article shows the important role of the educational system in the digitalization of modern Russia. The task gets attention on behalf of the state and to solve it successfully, a whole range of measures that requires some pedagogical goals and educational content specification is needed. An appropriate didactic apparatus should also be developed and consistently updated, taking into account the achievements of science and modern practice.

Sociocommunication Technologies as a Tool for Forming Educational Environment in a Modern University
Abstract
The article touches upon the issues of creating and developing an educational environment in a modern university, designed to provide conditions for the comprehensive implementation of the educational, scientific and social missions of the university. When forming the educational ecosystem of a university, special attention must be paid to the sociolinguistic parameters of various groups of students, which largely determine the topics of their project activities, conditioned by age and sociocultural characteristics. Sociolinguistic parameters, communication channels for the dissemination and transfer of knowledge play a significant role in the selection of tools for carrying out educational work at the university.



Teaching Students a Foreign Language in the Digital Age
Abstract
The article analyzes the problem associated with assessing the possibilities of improving the quality of foreign language teaching through the use of digital technologies. Research methods: methods of the comparison and analysis of pedagogical practice, author’s methods. The research materials were the results of questionnaires survey of foreign language teachers with experience in the use of digital technologies, the prospect of their application is substantiated.

Professional Training of Masters In Linguistics
Abstract
The article discusses modern approaches to the professional training of masters in linguisics. The author presents the results of the educational programs design as methodological constructs of organizing the preparation process for the Master’s degree in “Linguistics” specialization. Educational programs are a variant of training for the Master’s degree in linguistics, and in total, embody the strategy of training in the profile “Linguistics and intercultural communication”, as a synthesis of conceptual and theoretical provisions of the modern paradigm of approaches in pedagogy and language didactics.



Augmented Reality in Foreign Language Teaching and Learning

The article deals with the problem of creating and evaluating the opportunities offered by augmented reality in foreign language acquisition. Research methods: analysis method, author’s methods. The research materials included AR applications that allow one to create augmented reality for learning foreign languages. The article studies applications, looks at the lesson based on digital technologies, and the prospects of using them in the foreign language classroom.

The article examines the content of the concept of pedagogical interaction in various didactic paradigms, determines its ontological and epistemological content, specifies the theoretical foundations, establishes connections with other scientific fields. On this basis, the prospects for the development of didactic knowledge, the possibility of non-conflict correlation of different approaches to education in the conditions of the currently observed multiparadigmality of pedagogical sciences are determined.

Emotional Competence in the Process of Mastering a Foreign Language by Teenagers Studying in Cadet Classes
Abstract
The article discusses the results of the study of emotional intelligence parameters and foreign language competencies of oral and written speech among adolescents studying at a cadet school. The results of statistically significant relationships between indicators of reading, listening, written and oral speech and intrapersonal and interpersonal emotional intelligence, the ability to understand and manage emotions, and control their expression are analyzed. The role of emotional competence in the process of mastering a foreign language is outlined.



The Influence of Audiovisual Internet Content on the Assessment of One’s Own Body Image in Adolescent Girls
Abstract
The article presents the results of a research aimed at testing the hypothesis that watching videos in the Internet influences the assessment of one’s own body image in adolescent girls. The research involved 64 subjects divided into 3 experimental groups, each group watched a video clip that differed in content. It was found out that watching videos demonstrating plus size models causes an increase in girls’ satisfaction with their body image.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the subject of the scientific specialty 5.1.4. Criminal law sciences. The author examines the subjects of sciences included in the new scientific specialty. Their interaction and interpenetration are investigated. The author concludes that the passport of a new scientific specialty is systemic. It establishes that criminal policy has systemic features that allow combining and structuring the sciences included in the specialty 5.1.4.



Criminal Law Aspects in the Implementation of the National Security Strategy of the Russian Federation
Abstract
The article examines the concept of national security from the perspective of criminal law counteraction to encroachments on it. The article classifies innovations in the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation related to modern foreign policy challenges. The legislation is evaluated from the point of view of constructing a special part of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation according to the priority of the objects of encroachment. The conclusion is made about the significance of raising awareness of threats.



Improving Counteraction to Cybercrime in the Commonwealth of Independent States

The article examines the state of crime in the area of information technology on the territory of the CIS member states; analyzes the current interstate legal framework aimed at combating cybercrime within the CIS, including the model legislation of the CIS, as well as the criminal legislation of the Commonwealth countries in this area, identifies imperative directions for improving cybercrime counteraction in the CIS.

Warning as a Type of Criminal Punishment in the Penal Code of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam
Abstract
The article analyzes warning as a type of criminal punishment provided for in the Penal Code of Vietnam (hereby referred to as PCV). To investigate the practice of applying this punishment in Vietnam, statistical research methods are used, along with comparative research of applying this punishment in Vietnam and public censure under the Criminal Codes of the RSFSR of 1922, 1926, and 1960. Substantiated is the conclusion that it is inexpedient to maintain warning in the system of punishments in the PCV.



Transformation of “conscription” crimes
Abstract
In the context of transformational socio-political processes, the criminal law has been supplemented with a number of new articles establishing responsibility for calls for illegal activities. All “conscription” crimes are crimes where responsibility for calls to violence and non-violent appeals is provided. An assessment of the linguistic technique is given when presenting the dispositions of “conscription” crimes: in some cases, we deal with public appeals, in others, the adjective “public” is not used.
